As May West Says, 'My First Language' is my Body Language as everyone's is! How surprising we all have the same language as our first language!
My second Language is 'LOVE'! That helps me to communicate with others.
My third is understanding the Vaginal Monologue, Dialogue & speech & its hints & clues.

Mine is English. What's interesting, though, is that some people have more than one first language. People who were raised in environments where two or more languages were spoken often become native speakers of those languages. It's possible, then, to have two or three first languages. Linguists generally refer to every other language that a person learned/studied as a second language, even if he or she learned a lot of them. I have one first language and about 10 second languages.
