If I understand your question, you wish to visit the US. You can request a visitors visa, without sponsorship. But if statistics are any indication of refusals, you wont get one! Every time you go b-4 an officer it is assumed you are coming to the USA to stay regardless of your status. You have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will be returning to your country.
As I understand it, there is a cost attached to the requested visa, you go for an interview which takes about 3 min. so you don't have much time with the officer, they have at this point read your file and pretty much decided if you are given a visa or not. Don't waste your money!

Sadly but no you can't. Not only would your sponsor have to be an American citizen but they would have to have the cash to show Immigration that they could support your every need, (Food, medical, clothing, etc EVERYTHING) for no less than two years. Your best bet would be to have a company sponsor you. Private sponsorship is non existant except for the very wealthy!

Whatever the end of your question is, the answer is no. Otherwise every single person in the world who knew somebody in the US could go there.
