That is one of the worst sins that a person can do. While most of the time he will not completely forgive someone who has taken the life of another he can forgive them at some point. However he does not seem to do this very often. Read the story about King David, he has spent time in, or still is in hell for the murder, but has been promised not to be left in hell. And the bible often states that was his only down fall and that he walked in the way of the lord the rest of his life. However the lord holds accountability upon the heads of the leaders in the case of wars and other conflicts as to the righteousness of the loss of human life not the people who are in righteous service of their country.

You don't need a priest or bible quote for this one. If you are HONESTLY sorry for what you've done, if you would take it back if you could, then God will forgive you for any sin.

If you go into the sin with the thought, "All I have to do is ask for forgiveness, and everything will be alright," that doesn't work. You have to be truly sorry and remorseful. You have to be willing to do whatever you can to set things right.

If you killed someone in self-defense or in defense of someone else, then there is nothing to forgive. This, of course, varies by religion. Some believe that no killing is ever justified, others believe that killing in self-defense is a reasonable reaction.

nice name............ here's the truth, and yes, I'm distributeing it to everyone today...... Man invented god
How else are we to explain the fact that all human cultures - no matter how isolated - have maintained a belief in some form of a spiritual/transcendental reality, in a god or gods, a soul, as well as an afterlife? How else are we to explain the fact that every human culture has built houses of worship through which to pray to such unseen forces? Or that every known culture has buried (or at least disposed of) its dead with a rite that anticipates sending the deceased person's "spiritual" component, or what we call a soul, onward to some next plane, or what we call an afterlife? Wouldn't the universality with which such perceptions and behaviors are exhibited among our species suggest that we might be "hard-wired" this way? How about the fact that every known culture has related undergoing what we refer to as spiritual experiences? Perhaps we are "hard-wired" to experience such sentiments as well. Just as all honeybees are compelled to construct hexagonally shaped hives, perhaps humans are compelled to perceive a spiritual reality...as a reflex, an instinct.

Essentially, what I'm suggesting is that humans are innately "hard-wired" to perceive a spiritual reality. We are "hard-wired" to believe in forces that transcend the limitations of this, our physical reality. Most controversial of all, if what I'm suggesting is true, it would imply that God is not necessarily something that exists "out there," beyond and independent of us, but rather as the product of an inherited perception, the manifestation of an evolutionary adaptation that exists within the human brain. And why would our species have evolved such a seemingly abstract trait? -In order to enable us to deal with our species' unique and otherwise debilitating awareness of death.

I dont see why not - He forgives all sins if you ask, right??? Therefore, as long as you killed someone and really asked for forgiveness, then why wouldnt he grant you immunity from eternal damnation??

Gotta love Christianity - pray on Sunday, sin on Monday....its all good - Ive got a free pass!

God is forgiving. There is no sin that you can't repent for and be forgiven.

Yes, /// there is forgiveness for murder, God ask you to confess your sin. Ask him to come in your heart . It a miracle I know , and we cannot comprehend the ways of God. The bible share with us that he is glad to forgive us of our many sin, as we take the image of Christ , we will learn to love him more and sin less
