I hurt my girlfriend, BUT in some cases, I had no idea I hurt her. And when I talk or try to talk to her, it always comes out wrong,
What am I saying wrong?

Say, "I'm sorry if what I did/said hurt you. It was not my intention at all.". From there it's kinda hard to tell what exactly to say. But keep it simple, no blaming, no excuses. It doesn't matter what it was about, she perceived hurt. There is no reality, only perception. Talk about ways to talk about or do things without hurting her.
If she's receptive, write her a note or email and if it's an email make sure you tell her you wrote it, so it's not out of the blue. If you're having problems with things coming out wrong, she will understand how important it is to you that you smooth things out between you.

I can't tell you what your saying wrong without an example of what was stated, and how she reacted. Maybe you are too blunt in your choice of words. Some people are just brutally honest, and it can hurt the other person without intention. She needs to tell you what is bothering her when she gets hurt by your words. You cannot correct the problem if she cannot tell you how it hurt her. Be sympathetic and listen to her, and from there maybe you can work on your means of communication in your relationship. She apparently means a lot to you otherwise you would not be concerned. Even the tone in your voice when you say something can sound harsh, when you may not mean for it to be.

Without more information it is hard to say. In general I would say get to know her a little better. Actually ask her what it is that bothers her. If she has been your girlfriend for awhile you should kind of know what type of a person she is. There will always be times when people get their feeling hurt and there is not much we can do about it. The trick is to not do things that we know will hurt them and then expect them not to be hurt about it.

LOL heavily that question is requested ALOT ha ha ha so positive a guy asking it, its about time rofl ok nicely it differs from lady to lady of route yet PERSONALY i search for a gentleman kind, a guy who's sweet and sensative and opens doors and all that stuff lol. also a tremendous humorousness is major i like it even as adult adult males are humorous!

Think about what your going to say to her before you talk to her, if you need to write down your thoughts so if you get frazzled you have something to go by and ask her to talk to you and tell you her thoughts and feelings and then really listen to her. Maybe your not saying anything wrong maybe its just how you say it.

Have you ever thought about not saying anything and listening?
Tell her you are sorry, it won't happen again, make sure it doesn't and then...
listen.
Be there for her, show her you will stand by her no mater what. She'll get over it, if she is smart enough to do so.

Think about what might be bothering her. Buy her a card to say that you are sorry and maybe some flowers. She might tell you what is bothering her if you show her a heartfelt apology.

You should ask her how she feels about the problem and why/how it hurt her. Let her open up to you and then you will know exactly what to say to her.

What did you do wrong to make your girlfriend mad at you? It must of been something bad, if she is not even talking to you.
