If he loves you, what more do you need? Is it so unimaginable that someone could love more than one person at a time? On the other hand, he needs to be honest with you and talk about what he wants, what is going on between him and you, and between him and the other party. You also need to make clear what you want and need from him.

If monogamy is the only acceptable form of relationship for you, then you need to tell him that. Either he will comply with your wishes, he will leave you, or you are going to have to redefine what you value most in this relationship and open up your relationship. Have you heard of polyamory? You may want to do a search for that term.

OK, I know that some people think that it is impossible to love two people at once, but I know that is not true. I am in a situation right now where that is exactly the case. I love my husband and am also in love with my ex-husband. My ex-husband is married and still loves me too. Both of us love our current spouses and do not want to see them hurt, but......we also have very strong feeling for each other and are both in a difficult situation. I say talk to them about it. Bring all the feelings out in the open if that is possible. Do not allow yourself to be "played". In other words don't allow your other half to have their cake and eat it too but do give them the chance to see why they fell in love with you in the first place. Feelings are not right or wrong, it is the actions they take that are. Try to be understanding and put yourself in their shoes. If it is worth fighting for then fight. What I mean by this is .....Don't just walk away and throw your hands up if you really love this person........maybe there is something you can do that will sway them more to you. Please don't take this wrong, I DO NOT mean let them take advantage of you! I hope this helps and good luck.

You shouldn't have to fight to keep the one you love. They should just want to be with you as much as you want to be with them. Back off and see what happens.

What you should do is give him some space to work out how he truly feels... you don't want to expend all that energy trying to "keep" (which I don't think you can truly keep anyone) and 6 months down the road he has a revelation that he isn't in love with you.

if you care about him that much try too but talk to him about it and from your judgement make a decision based on his feelings, which one of you are they stronger for, who do you think he cares about more cause if you fight to keep him you should know that you had his heart more than the other person on the other hand if hes cheated on you, you can find someone else who will love you!!!

Nope, hes not in love with you if he has feelings for someone else.
Sometimes you just have to let people go.
You don't want someone to love you half way.

You should let him go because if he truly loved you he would stay if he goes you know he never loved you int he first place and find someone who truly cares.

if you really "love" someone-- there's no way you could have feelings for someone else. You deserve someone that loves you and only you. Let him go
