Add about half a cup of bleach to your coke to kind of clean things out a bit, then drink it

No way, It's has all the dirt, etc in it now. Buy some more coke to drink. It's so inexpensive.

you should NOT drink the coke! all the oils and dirt from different peoples hands are now in the coke

Not unless you want to ingest whatever the soda removed from your change. I cannot believe you would even think about drinking the soda.
