You are probably on the low side of your bipolar disorder. Take your medicine faithfully and if you can't deal with the thoughts or feelings, call your counselor to schedule a one on one session as soon as possible.

My best friend is bipolar and at a "low" period and I'm very frightened that he is feeling the way you are right now. He won't take meds - are you? He'll call me. Do you have a friend you can talk to? Someone who cares about you and loves you unconditionally? I know that is no cure for a bipolar issue but maybe it can be a temporary fix until you can get to the doctor. Please get some help. You may think people don't care about you but I can assure you, that is not true. My friend feels this way I think and if he only knew HOW MUCH I care about him......I TELL him and he knows I'm worried. I don't know what to do. Maybe you can HELP ME understand -- you can be helping yourself and someone else in the same position right now. Plese hang in there. Try to remember that you are at your "low" period and it isn't going to last forever. This is cliche I know but "this too shall pass" ---- PLEASE try and get past it. I pray my friend does. I pray you do too. It would kill me if anything happened to him.

You already have the diagnosis - how about educating yourself about your disease process for starters and taking your medication like you're suppose to take it? Also...get your mind on something besides yourself. Helping others will help you feel more "normal".
