Pick any city within Lower Fairfield County in Connecticut. The best part is that they are snobby and ugly. At least in South Beach they're snobby and hot.

i think L.A. has the snobbiest women/girls, i live in New York City, and i don't think the girls/women here are the snobbiest!

I would have to say Los Angeles, California. The women there are pretty shallow. They expect any man with intentions of asking them out to have a bank account balance of at least $1,000,000. When I lived there, my husband's friend would refer to the women as "plasticine" since the majority he would encounter had tons of plastic surgery.
