There are so many reasons that visa applicants are refused visas. If you want the best chance of getting a visa, make sure you fit all the entrance requirements and prepare for your interview. The best resource on this is here: http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov/

The American Embassy is probably making this choice because of where you are from or something in your past that they know about. Try asking the American Embassy why you are always refused a visa. It may be something you can change.

First off if you are British you don't need a visa to "visit" the USA for less than 90 days.

I have had experience of trying to get a visa for the states, I am a white, middle class and don't dress in a trench coat with a cowboy hat. I had problems, I have never encountered a ruder woman in my entire life than the one in the visa processing office.

The experience doesn't get better at the other end either, in New York you are treated as a criminal.

If you are applying for a visa you will need a very good reason to get one. They don't need to give you a reason for refusal.

Post a comment detailing why you want to go and what visa you are applying for and we might be able to help.

You responded your own question, in a round about way. i'm sorry, i changed into attempting to maintain on with your English, so if i'm getting this incorrect, I ask for forgiveness. It appears like your fiance is interior the technique of having his citizenship interior the united states, superb? if it is the case, that you may want to get a visa (because they comprehend you'd be vacationing him and HIS utility is pending), there's a burden on you to coach that you've very sturdy ties in Russia. the reason behind that is because the US received't reduce you in any respect once you're the following, so the consular has to maintain in mind that you've each purpose of returning to Russia. in the adventure that they imagine that you do not have reason (sturdy ties in Russia, like a steady activity, kinfolk, etc) they'll deny the visa. it is that straightforward. With each of the present interest the following about sex trafficking etc, they're going to be searching even closer than wide-spread, i think. From what you're preserving, it appears like you go with to come back to the U. S. you could "finally be mutually", and that isn't any longer what a visa is for. The visa is non everlasting, and also you've been denied, probably, because they imagine you actually do not have a reason to go back to Russia once you're making plans on marrying someone interior the US. good success. also, you want to bypass to the US branch of State's information superhighway web site. That web site tells you all you want to be certain about vacationing and required information, etc.

It's not personal. Do you hate your mother when she says you can't eat all the cookies? Grow up.

You just don't qualify. That's the way the law is written:
"Every alien ... shall be presumed to be an immigrant until he establishes to the satisfaction of the consular officer, at the time of application for a visa, and the immigration officers, at the time of application for admission, that he is entitled to a nonimmigrant status."

You didn't convince the officer you'd go home again after a short visit, so no visa.

I believe you have the right for an explanation of denial. It isn't that hard, why don't you go back to the Embassy and ask, "Why have I been denied a visa" They have nothing against you I'm sure, it doesn't hurt to ask.

They must have a good reason. I am not American so can't speak for them. But if that's the way they work it there is little you can do. Call them and ask the reason why? Just don't hate them because of it.

Well the whole point in countries having points of entry is to control who comes into their country. The smart ones don't like terrorists or other criminals coming in for obvious reasons. Blatant hatred of the country you are trying to visit is kind of a red flag.
