a VHS\Digital play back recorder...there are some nice ones priced reasonable on the market made for just that purpose

u need the following
1.a rather fast pc
2. a tv card which has the proper conenctions eg svideo in, etc
3. use the software u got with the tv card
4. set to record and play from your vcr
and there is how its done.
