If you are a student you can purchase the Academic version.

If not, try a Microsoft Office alternative like Open Office:

or Star Office:

Open Office is free, and I believe Star Office sells for about $70.

Try this one. Free, alternative to Microsoft office. Dont compare both directly. I wont suggest you to use Microsoft office illegally, instead download this free software by following this link.

Look for Microsoft Works. It's a lot cheaper and has most of the features. Look in Wal Mart or some such.

look for 2nd hand ones. or office thats a bit older than the current one... i mean. most office software hasent chaged much through the years. you can get those on overstocked computer sales.. or even on the net... www.overstocked.com i think
