She needs to fill out an affidavit of support, and also can have a friend or a family member also fill out another affidavit of support for you..

she will need to ask her parents or close family members or friends to fill out the Affidavit of Support form also. make sure all of their combine incomes will pass the poverty line of the city you and your girl friend plan to live in.

for the reason that fiancé(e)s are nonimmigrant visa applicants, they ought to apply the I-134. they'll favor to post an I-864 to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration facilities (USCIS) even as they modify status to conditional immigrant interior the US once they're married.

The wise guy is right. She can fill out one, and get someone else (parent, sibling, friend, someone who actually has a job and makes money) to do another.

Are you filing petition for her is she filing petition for you? Sorry, I'm quite confused... The best thing to do is contact your local immigration office.
