Use CloneDVD. Its the best software out there using which you can make clones of right protected DVDs. You can get it from http://www.slysoft.com . If you need a crack, you can get one from crackserver.com .

And don't worry about the FBI or anything. They don't care if you copy DVDs for your own use or to share them with your friends or to distribute them for free on the internet, etc etc...

Mac? find Mactheripper and DVD2oneX2.
For making copies of DVDs you already own, which is LEGAL (no matter how badly the MPAA and the RIAA would like to change it), these 2 programs work great.

Mactheripper is free, but harder to find as it is being chased off the net.
DVD2oneX2 is available at www.DVD2oneX2.com, and has a 10 use trial. Then it is $40.

DVD Decripter and DVD Shrink do a fine job of backing up all your DVD's. They're both free and very good.

What the crap? I strongly suggest you retract this question before a fed sees it and searches your house. Seriously, haven't you ever read the FBI warning? They can perform an investigation and throw you in jail until you're a little old in-mate.
To answer your question, there's no legal software that can do that. Try "The Black Market."
