More than likely he did not Mary Mary M., but between the ages 12-30 we don't know anything about Jesus. So, it is likely that he could have married and had children during that time. I would imagine that he would, because in Genesis it talk about a man and woman being joined together, and that is God's plan. So, I would imagine that he would marry someone. What happened though? Why aren't they mentioned? Maybe they were killed by the Romans or something else befell them. It doesn't really change anything, although I guess that would make him more human, since he was supposed to experiance what it was like to be human, but no less the Son of God.

Everyday I question my faith, and it bounces back stronger. Jesus did not marry her, no matter how the Gnostic's try to rewrite history. They were wrong 1500 hears ago, and they are still wrong today. They are a group of Sophists seeking to convert Christianity to Sophism, and they are flawed. Paul answers some of the early arguments in the New Test.

I could easily believe that we are all Martians who left mars because of ecological disaster. after founding Atlantis, we dominated the ancient world. then, when disaster struck again, we fled and formed the great civilizations of the past. I can use hyperbole and loose "facts" to justify my reasoning and be a theory.....does that make me any more valid, or do you wake up and realize the ridiculous nature of my argument.

Jesus knew he would die. Why would he marry and leave a widow...with kids.....if he knew he would die????? Also, his was a kingdom not of this world, so why would he concern himself with heirs on the material plane?

He would not, and did not.

I believe that if Jesus was married, the event would have been recorded and celebrated in the Gospels. However, his purpose on Earth transcended marriage to a woman. His bride was the Church both literally and figuratively. There is enough evidence to support the Gospel accounts. I,like other responders, question my understanding regularly, based on the fact that it is so limited compared to the omniscience of our Creator.

You need to read the bible. Mary was the mother of Jesus, and the Bible specifically speaks against incest. Jesus was put on this earth do die on a cross for our sins. He was born in total innocence, so no that means he wasn't married. Read the first three books of the new testament.

It doesn't bother me whether He was married and had a child. I did question what I've been taught after reading The Da Vinci Code. But I've decided not to complicate my already complicted life. I believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and that's it.

It would make no difference to me as whether he was married and had a child or not. Never has it been said in the bible that marriage and having children are a sin.

sure, Mary had different infants. Matthew 15:fifty 4-fifty six says; 'And after getting into his living house territory he began to coach them of their synagogue, so as that they have been astounded and stated: “the place did this guy get this understanding and those efficient works? is that this no longer the chippie’s son? isn't his mom talked approximately as Mary, and his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? And his sisters, are they no longer all with us? the place, then, did this guy get those style of issues?” Mark 6:3 says; '?  that's the chippie the son of Mary and the brother of James and Joseph and Judas and Simon, is it no longer? And his sisters are right here with us, are they no longer?” so they began to stumble at him'. Matthew 12:40 six & 40 seven says; 'on a similar time as he replaced into yet chatting with the crowds, look! his mom and brothers took up a place outdoors attempting to speak to him. So somebody stated to him: “look! Your mom and your brothers are status outdoors, attempting to speak to you.”

I just hope that you are not basing history on the Davinci Code.

Jesus was never married and never had children. The Davinci Code is fiction.

Of course not! Are you stupid? I don't question my faith! I know that Jesus was never married and never had a child! And you should know that too! Read the bible every now and then!
