Cheese, yogurt, brocolli, tofu, ice cream, orange juice with added calcium. Reading the labels of food products at the grocery store will help you find more food that are high in calcium.

If you dont like milk there are calcium chews out that have different flavors. Plus there is cheese and stuff like that

if you are on a milk free diet, i suggest a calcium supplement as nothing can really compare.

There are quite a few, juices, chocolate, bars the list can go on become a label reader that is the best thing.
