Overseas.....In the Middle East. Isn't it great! Add some cream & sugar. Reaally tasty as a sweet tea too!!

Try EBAY....Go to Google & search...there are many online stores that sell this kind. Hard to find it in stores in the U.S. Some Indian Stores...Health food stores...

I have not heard before that black tea reduces dark circles, but i know that chamomile tea bag can sooth the area around the eyes. I don't think that Lipton Yellow Label Tea Bag is a kind of black tea and i can't think of why not to use it on your eyes, it is just that it does not reduce the dark circles.

Good luck, Ive been trying to buy some Liptons green tea, and I can tell you they dont stock any liptons at all in Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsburys etc etc. Ive been to all of them!
