Why is it so difficult for people to pose intelligent questions in English? Is that really too much to ask? Can't we at least get complete sentences, or even partial sentences that make sense?

Hm, maybe the words are just in the wrong order?

Accident being in a car? Car being in an accident? An accident car in being? Being accident in a car? Car in a being accident?
