He is about 7.5 inches and I am stardard height 140 Lbs. I still look great in my Jeans and tiny skirts with stretch blouses you know. I don't have fat hanging or anything.

No his penis is not small, 5-6 are average. so that's a lil bit bigger. Maybe you need the width of a guy's penis instead of the length. Every girl is different.

Yeah, the average is between 5 and 6, so that is above average, and I personally think that anything over 8 is a waste anyway, cuz honestly...how deep is a vagina!!
There gets to be a point where it can't all fit.
Also, I think what's more important is how big around it is than how long it is, so perhaps you should have included that in your question cuz that's what matters size-wise to me
