Have a problem with my webcam (PHILIPS) help please ?

Hooked it up and down loaded yesterday , I'm getting 3 images and the sceen is half blank ?

DO you have the right drivers installed?
And, has it worked before?

Hate to say it, but phillips is a crappy brand ... it may be faulty.
