OK go up to her and say ---i would love to take you to dinner and a movie ---- oh use those exact words i mean the worst that could happen is she says no

Assuming you already know and speak to each other, I would suggest you to find out what she likes to do. Suppose she likes to eat at Tony Roma's (a great restaurant for a first date). Well, then that's the restaurant you are going to ask her out to. Be specific when you ask her. Mention your intention (going out together on a date) and the time and place. Remember to be flexible also, okay. Specific doesn't mean inflexible. Pick her up, open doors, pull chairs, relax and be yourself. Let your feelings for her speak through the way you take care of her and make sure she has a good time. You'll do great. Good luck!

Well i think that if you REALLY like her, then you should have no problem asking. just be your self. the worst thing she could say is no. If she does then you need to get over it. And if she does say "NO" dont be like "O well i didnt even really want to go out with you" Dont Be DUMM be your self

Start a conversation how you normally would, talk about school, work, whatever. Then be like " so do you think we could hang out sometime, just the two of us?"i'm sure she'll get the hint

plan what you're going to say (& know how to react if she says no), pray the night before for help. then take a breath, walk up to her and blurt it out before you lose your guts. keep in mind how great this girl is and how great it'd be if she liked you back. good luck. ;)

It's not that hard. When talking to her just drop the bomb. But, don't drop the bomb at the end, because that ruins the whole point of a conversation you know?

this might work(i know its a messy way of doing it)but if you cant find the words,try writing a note and give it to someone to give it to her.some people cant get the words out or they cant stand rejections.you might try that and see whats her answer.
