The people that live above me have a dog and they have been letting it use their porch to go potty is this not cool or what! I have brought it to the managers attention but nothing has been done as of yet what is my next step to correcting this problem?Can I take them to small claims court if all my stuff is ruined by the dog piss or am I just out a $1000.00 for the work and my patio furniture?

Call the health department because dog waste can hold a lot of germs. Then call the humane society so that the dog owners can be citied. Then go to court with both the health department citation and humane society citation and pictures of your ruined furniture.

Call the Health Department. it's unsanitary and a known fact that animal waste carries all types of nasty's! The Health Department will get on your managers case for you!

i agree with doreen* but when you put it at there door do not leave it in the bag. let it open where any one could smell it and step on it. it's the only way to teach them a lesson.
well you could also do your plan. i'm sure it will work.

i think you should first maybe tell your neighbors about the promblem if they dont care bring them to court sorry to hear about your furniture
