Imagine standing on the roof a ten-story building. A parade is going to start in the street below. It forms, it begins, and it travels the parade rout length and then disperses. All this happened in your view.
This is the way OUR GOD sees us! Before our birth HE knows the complete and whole story! But HE also orchestrated our "parade rout" before we were even born.

I believe that God is looking out of every pair of eyes that you see. Animal and human.

Yes God does see us. Not only does He see us, He knows everything about us.
Psalm 139 says
"You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.
Isn't that amazing, it might be worth you reading the whole Psalm if you have a Bible.

yes he can see us....Its hard to think that God can see all of us right? Men...you only have to believe......

of course, Jehovah God and Jesus Christ see everything that we do. they know when we are doing bad and know when we are being good. they see everything. Jehovah God knows the number of hairs we have on our head. he knows us better than we know ourselves
