I am only interested in hearing from guys who are picky and take their time falling love. Mostly practical type guys who don't believe in fluff and romance crap.

It totally depends...I don't think there is a right answer. Speaking for me, I didn't realize I was in love with my ex gf until after I broke up with her, which was about 5 months after we started going out. In my current marriage, I knew I was in love with my wife almost a year after we met (were close friends during that year).

It is a process, I think, not an instant!
Thus, I might get in "love" in a second, then I will consider the case again. Later, I will examine character and education issues and reconsider!
After fulfilling the relation, more serious consideration will be finalizing the feeling of love!
