Pour a dime sized amount of hair gel into your palm and rub it in your hands.

Spray curls with some hairspray.
Gather into ponytail and spray liberally, but don't get it too hard.
Use antifrizz serum or shine spray to give your hair a sparkle!
Tips
Before you put it into a ponytail, comb it out gently to get rid of hard strands of hairspray hair.

Steps
First, brush your hair.
Gather all the hair on your head like you are going to do a ponytail, but do not do it yet. It helps to already have an elastic around your hand while doing this.
Start to wrap the elastic around your gathered hair like you would to a ponytail but only pull your hair halfway through.
Wrap the elastic around the little bun you have already made. Again, there should be some hair in the way.
With your hands, move the little pieces of hair sticking out around so that you get the look you want (basically so they are not straight up).
Tips
If you have extra thin hair, you may want to repeat number 4 before doing number five.
If your hair gets knotty very easily or you have thick hair, you may want to use a scrunchie instead of an elastic.
Warnings
If you make a mistake, take it out CAREFULLY or you may wind up with some pain and a little bald spot!

buns are the best, and the cool thing is that there are over a hundred different styles. There are chineese buns, messy buns, creative buns. my favorite one is a half bun. I take my hair and roll it, and then act as if I'm puttin it in a bun, but then i stop and leave some hair dangling out. It looks really good on me.

put it up in a half pony tail and have big banana curls in the hair down and up! it looks way cute and fun and its easy, or if your hair is in layers crimp only the top layer!

first i put my hair in a pony tail then I use mouse and gel and scrunch it making it curly then I trow my hair up covering the hair tie all the way around and start pining it up with bobby pins..... very cute...........
