Have her take a reliable pregnancy test (get the good ones not the cheapo kind). Good luck.

Condoms are not 100% and you should always back up your protection with the girl taking the pill.

Your girlfriends period is just probably just late this month, its not an exact science and to be fair the girl is only 19 years old and has very little experience with missing periods.

If you are sure that your condoms have never split and that you have not had unprotected sex with her then you might want to be sure the girl has not been seeing any other guys behind your back.

If you want to be sure get down to a supermarket and pick up a home testing kit, its a good indicator and would put your mind at rest.

There is no fool proof birthcontrol...except not having sex. That being said...5 days is not that big of a deal....it's not unusual for a woman's cycle to be off a bit if she is stressed, worried, ill, or annorexic.

If the two of you are worried, get an early detection home pregnancy, and if this is just a scare...start using more than one form of birth control.

Back up the condoms with a sponge, spermicide, the pill...etc. She needs to talk this over with her health care provider to see the best birth control for her.

No matter what birth control, always use a condom, it's still the best defence against any germs!

Uh... yea that wasn't much of a question and what do you mean you "check the condoms"? If you mean you were suspicious of her purposely putting a hole in them to get pregnant than thats sad that you would continue sleeping with her thinking that lowly about her. Is she on the pill?
5 days late isn't that big a deal, alot of women have periods that aren't so... periodic. So, don't worry, have her take a test in a week if it still doesn't come and than decisions will have to be made, in the mean time, what's done is done so, don't stress over it. You'll figure it out soon enough.

it does not necessarily mean shes pregnant, many things can cause a girls period to be late..........including worry and stress so if shes worried about being pregnant this may be making her later. the best thing to do is get an acurate pregnancy test (yes it will be quite expensive, but will be worth it) and then you will both know for sure. you should also maybe talk about her going on the pill as this decreases the chances of pregnancy even more, although id still advise you to use condoms aswell

It sounds like you practice safe sex...that is great. As I am sure you realize, pregnancy is just one of the results of sex. Many women have fluctuations in their menstrual cycle that can cause their period to be delayed or even come early. The only way to know for sure, is for her to have a pregnancy test. There are several over the counter tests that can be used to diagnose pregnancy before a period is missed. Save yourself some mental grief and buy a test. Then you will know. The mom in me has to remind you that condoms are not 100% safe and there are lots of babies born to dads that wore party hats!

First off, calm down. I think we've all been through this before. Just go to the store, and buy 2 Clear Blue Pregancy Test. Have her take one when she gets it, then take another a couple days later. And if you really want to be safe, take her to the doctor to get things checked out, and while your there have her put on the pill.

I really wouldn't worry about it. 5 days is not a lot. Worry when it gets to 2 weeks then take a test. Tests don't always show til you've been 2 weeks late anyway. Good Luck

Just coz shes 5 days late doesnt mean that your whole world has been turned upsidedown!!! I would get a preggas test just to be on the safe side.
Anyway, condoms are like 97% safe or something like that?

She can be 5 days late without anything being wrong. It just happens. You can go to the drug store and get a pregnancy test for $10 and put your mind at ease.

Condoms work pretty dam good. I wouldn't worry at all actually.
I have been there before. It will come because when women are sexually active it may throw off there "time of the month".
But, In case I am wrong....
Confront her and say "I KNOW that you cheated" just to hear her response. (don't back down until she admits it) &
DON'T sign the birth certificate until you are 100% sure its yours.
