Try "Mango's" in Ocean Drive and a lounge called "Prado" in Espanola Way (it's where I found the man of my dreams...)
They're Both in Miami Beach

Also the 17th street is a cool place: tons of discos and restaurants & nice people -- it's also the gay area.

To do the shoppings you can enter wherever -- lot of places are open 24h!!
Miami is expensive: remember to buy water in supermarkets (you'll find Pharmacy everywhere...)

New Orleans has so many great things to offer to people. As far as nice restaurants, I would look into some places in the Quarter such as Brennan's, Court of Two Sisters, Antoine's and Galatoire's. There is good shopping at Canal Place which is at the end of Canal Street and at the Riverwalk which is on the river by Harrah's Casino.

If going to New Orleans go to the French Market. Hit Canal St. it will take you to the heart of New Orleans. Oh and by the way you have to go to Bourbon St. hit the clubs Utopia, Razoos, The Cats meow, The BBC, well all the clubs on Bourbon are pretty cool. Don't bring a purse unless it's itty bitty cause you can't dance with a purse and don't want to leave it sitting around. Hope this was helpful. Have fun! Wanda is my name.

Hi,,, in New Orleans,,,, go to the Hard Rock Cafe,,,, it is on Market Street ,,,, you can walk there,,easy and park right next to it in a paid parking area,,,, behind it is the Aquarium of the Americas,, it just re opened,,, so go check it out....
Lots of shops up and down market street,,, Cafe du Monde for coffee and bengets (french donuts with powder sugar on them) are a good night time treet ,, since its so hot during the day now....
For a great noon meal and inexpensive,, check out Menas on Chartes Street,, down toward Canal... on the left going West..on that street...its small but they are packed at lunch time,,, I suggest the New Orleans Poboy,, Roast beef with gravy,,,, its yummy,,,,will get on you so use plenty of napkins....

Have plenty of fun,,, and good luck,,,

The suggestions provided are quiet good. It has been very hot here and you may have to change clothing twice during the day time hours. If you have a chance to travel down St. Charles Avenue, there are a number of good restaurant along the avenue. Have a great time and welcome to NOLA.
