For a while, they even included warnings with nintendo games that some games with bright/rapid flashing could trigger seizures. If your family has a history of epilepsy, you would do well to wait before allowing your child to partake in limited gaming.
*Keep in mind, the warnings were about 10 years ago. The risk may no longer be present in current video games.

Is it just me, or were there a lot of typos in this question? And why is your daughter telling you that they're bad - don't you do any research or read up on the subject? No child should be playing a lot of video games, too much of anything is not good for you.

Video games keep your kids occupied while you do the dishes, and clean the house. But some video games are bad, like Grand Theft Auto, it has prostitution in it which bad disgusting and quite disturbing . i don't really think it's a bad thing, I love playing video games it's like awesome. Heehee, i like the fun adventurous ones, and fighting games but that's just me.

I don't think video game is bad but playing or spending a longer amount of time is really bad.
