Preferably something in a bag that I can grab at the store.

Strawberries have lots of fiber and are super low in calories.

There's really nothing in a grab-and-go bag that would be healthy, aside from a plastic bag you've filled yourself (maybe good cereals like bran or cheerios--nothing sugary). You're best off getting a bag of small apples at the super market and throwing one or two in your purse or backpack every morning.

If it's not really hunger and you just a need to be munching on something, though, try sugarfree gum. Citrus Trident is a god to me.

Well, it depends on what you call healthy. I always try to look for a snack that is high protein and low carbohydrates. In a convenience store, I will usually get pork skins or a slim-jim.......buying healthy at a convenience store is like going for a haircut at the gas station..its pretty useless...lol....hope that helped anyway.

ohhh I love this trail mix, it has different nuts and raisins and a few MMs. You can get it in small bags or at Sam's club you can get it in a 3 pound bag. It really is a good snack.

grapes
snack pack of cheese cubes
banana
Quaker Corn Bran Cereal - dry
nuts
chex mix - bold and spicey is great!
make yourself a mini veggie tray
triscuits
Frosted mini wheats
wheat thins - they have all kinds of flavors

Some of these are sold in individual packs, if not buy small zip lock bags and fill them all up, when you need to run just grab one.
