Well, if there is a large age difference that will be hard, but the best way to spend more time together is talking to each other on the phone, and set up coffee or movie dates once or twice a month.

I am not sure what your asking, however, If your Cousin didn't have time for you then do her one better and have time for her! Never give back what you did not like getting! Have a great day!

Try moving to where she is, or staying with her for a few weeks, as a vacation. Her job probably does keep her busy.
