I have 2 dogs and a cat. And even though I love them and they are part of the family, they are a lot of work and responsibility. We can't go out of town for a little vacation without taking them with (which is a pain) or putting them in a boarding facility, which is expensive. The yearly shots, the monthly heartworm pills, and food. Then there's a lot of money if they get sick. And they have to be potty trained and exercised everyday. And then sometimes they chew up a favorite shoe.
All I'm saying is that it's great to have a pooch and they give us lots of love but they really take a lot of work and money. Maybe that's why your parents (I'm assuming you're a child) don't want you to have a pup right now. When the time is right you will be blessed with a pet. And when you get to have a pet, PLEASE take care of him or her. They're counting on you.

i have 4 dogs why cant you have pets and a lots cats outside like 15 cats

I cannot have a puppy dawg either. There use to be some Belgium Sheapherds living in and at my home, but they are not here anymore.
Now I am to simpleminded to care for a doggy.
So I walk to the shelter and visit puppy dawgs there. They make me laugh.

I dont have a dog or any pet for that matter but if i was to get one i would get a yorkie they're soooo cute!

i have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 4 horses, 1 hamster, 1 hermit crab, 1 turkey, and several chickens. yes, i live on a farm.

Yup, a chihuahua named Baby. She's really playful and cuddly, but scared of almost everything.
