I have dealt with a lot of them. Be cautious, there are some CC agencies that really just want you to file bankrupcy when you don't have to. Others will promise you things that they can't do without a creditors cooperation(lowering your bill, cleaning up credit)
CCCS is pretty good but I would say check out a few different ones and make the best choice.

File a chapter 13 bankruptcy! Almost all future lenders in your life will view CCCS as a chapter 13 anyway. The federal laws will stop the interest now and you can pay the owed balances over time.

I can't give you any good ones but I can tell you to stay away from any company in Champlain New York dealing with CCR they ripped me off a big fraud company
