False. Our unique quality of self-awareness gives us complex notions of spirituality and made it necessary for many people to develop a need to believe that there is a powerful father-like being who watches us and brings the "essence of who we are" or "soul" to a happy safe place in an assumed afterlife. It is a defense mechanism of our brains to believe this because we are aware that we will all die someday. And, without it alot of people would have debilitating fear of their own demise. So our "spiritual" experiences are a symptom of our human brains' higher functions.

For the most part I say True.
I believe the first "human" was a creation of the Great Mystery and was both male and female in the fashion of The Mystery. YWVH saw this and tried to make his own, this didn't work very well, so Sophia (the female part of the human) gave the creature a divine spark which is what our spirits are.
Religious to me is following something to the letter, a adghearance to dogma.
Spiritual to me means acknowledging your true self.

Actually brown eyes religion often gets in the way.
God is only love.
This is the whole truth; no more need be said. Religion drones on endlessly about what God wants, and likes and dislikes. All of these silly human projections about God amount to limitations on God.
They are limitations on Gods love for us. Luckily God ignores these nonsense projections and just goes right on loving us like He/She always has.
Each of us has a soul that is a part of God. This soul is composed only of spirit.
You are this spirit; it is the truth of you. It can be said to be your primary reality, with your earthly existence being your secondary reality.
In your primary reality as spirit you are eternal. It is this eternal spiritual aspect that is currently having the human experience.
Jesus said that the kingdom of the father is within us. This spiritual part of us is what he was referring to.
God can not be sought externally where he is not, She does not live in buildings called churches, or clouds called heaven. We must turn inward where Jesus told us God could be found if we want to become closer to our loving Source.

Spiritual means conscious to me. Meaning the more you see the true nature of who you are and where you live the more conscious you are. So I would say true.
We are real, we attempt to avoid that fact by imagining we are above that, thus the invention of Gods in our own likeness.
o be more spiritual is to be more aware of reality.

I think this is a true statement.
I also believe that we should be spiritual fruits, not religious nuts.
