I wanted to shorts to the grocery store and my boyfriend completely freaked out.Said I was showing too much.I mean shorts are meant to be short.Now I cant even wear a bikini???Should guys have a say in what we wear?

Part of penalties of relationships is sacrifice. Boyfriends are different from others. If your's is not Happy about shorts is better you give it up, am sure he has also given something up because of your relationship (perhaps smoking).

You don't want the type of guy that just ignores the modest women! They want the scantily dressed girls for a good time. I wouldn't worry about it! Wait for a guy who respects you for being modest and classy. You're more mysterious that way. ;] The guys that are worth your while aren't going to be at the clubs where they know the half-dressed women will be. They're out there, though. You just won't find them in the clubs. And don't say you're an ugly duckling! I think being modest shows more self respect and confidence. Walking around half-dressed to get guys attention usually means a girl is overcompensating for not being confident about how they look or act otherwise.

That depends. If he's jealous he's going to freak out anyway. But there are ways to be sexy without showing alot of skin. Your man knows what is going through the minds of other men, that's why he's acting that way. Get some fashion pointers on looking sexy and classy....not just showing boodie and boobs. Then he will be proud to be seen with you.

he should not be able to tell you what to wear and what not to wear. Obviously he really likes you or he wouldn't be concerned about other people looking at you. Think about it this way...if you were him how would you feel if your gf was showing more than you felt comfortable with. He just doesn't want other guys looking at you like THAT.

He is very, very insecure about himself. if you are dressing sexy other guys will look at you, and if other guys look at you then that means they might try something and if they try something then will you go for it??????? and he might lose you.
If you look good enough to be wearing that stuff(first of all I'd like to see, anyway) then he should be proud that he has a fine @ss girl and let you wear them

No not really. Especially if you were dressed that way when you met him. I mean you should take into account his feelings but he should not be able to dictate to you what you should and should not wear he is your boyfriend not your father.
