It's okay to run with blisters as long as you are taking care to keep the blisters clean and watching them for infection. It may slow their healing, however, if you continually aggrevate them. If your blister is still bleeding after a couple of days, I would really urge you to give it a break so it can heal up a bit -- one or two days might make enough of a difference. Can you try some other form of exercise for a couple of days?
I totally understand how hard it is NOT to run when you are a runner, though! So, here are a few tricks you can try. Now that you already HAVE a blister, I'd suggest hitting the drugstore for "moleskin," which usually comes in a sheet and is sort of brown and felt-feeling on one side, with adhesive on the other. What you can do with this is cut it into a ring that you can set over the blister, with the blister in the middle of the ring (where it is not being covered by the moleskin). This will mean that the blister is LOWER than the surface that is coming into contact with your shoes and socks, which should take some of the pressure on the blister away, making you more comfortable. If a single ring layer isn't enough, you can usually stick another ring on top of the first ring. I hope I'm explaining this clearly! If not, let me know!
To prevent NEW blisters, another old runner's trick is to apply antiperspirant (the same kind you use for your arm pits is good) all over your feet. This will help keep your feet from sweating quite so much, and will also reduce some of the friction from the socks/shoes against your skin.
Keep an eye on your blisters and if they seem to get worse instead of better (swell, start to fill with pus, keep bleeding over and over again), see a doctor.

PLEASE...Stop running until all your blisters stop bleeding and go away...this will take a few days.
If it is painful for you to run with the blisters then you are not getting an effective workout because your mind will start to mess up your run...
What you will need to do is buy you some better running shoes or tighten up the ones that you are currently running in. A blister is caused by the friction of the shoe..or sock, rubbing against your skin...if you continue to use the shoes that you have put moleskin (available in most retail stores in the foot care isle) over your skin in the areas that have the blisters and that should take care of it.

STOP IT! That "no pain, no gain" crap is a C.Y.A. that bad trainers invented. Pain is your body's way of telling you you're doing something wrong.
And if you're bleeding, take that as a double exclamation point.
Look, what you need to do is figure out what muscle groups you're exercising and then find some other way to exercise them. That will give you all the benefits of running until your blisters heal up and you can start _jogging_ again. But don't, for pete's sake, try to do the exact same exercise that hurt you in the first place!
I can't be exact without knowing what you're exercising for and what equipment you have on hand. If you're training to run races, Mother Nature just told you "no way!", I'm afraid. But if you're trying to build strength or lose weight, see about bike riding. If you belong to an athletic club, try an exercise bike or whatever else the trainer recommends. (Since you're asking us, though, I suspect you're doing this on your own.)

I agree with everyone else you NEED better shoes! This is NOT an option....if you're feet are yelling at you so much imagine what your knees and hips are saying! You're going to have joint problems when you are older if you don't run in good supportive shoes!
You also need to pay attention to your feet! These a open sores that can introduce bacteria into your body and cause an infection. Soak your feet in warm water with some epson salt in it for about 15-20 mins. Then dry your feet entirely and apply neosporin to the sores and cover with a bandaid. Re-apply the neosporin a couple times a day for faster healing. Keep the wounds clean and give them some time to heal while you shop for some better shoes.
If you don't take care it will get worse, then you wont be able to run at all anymore.

Stop running you knucklehead. That "No pain no gain" is only for side stiches. You get an infection and you'll be hobbling on crutches if you don't get that healed.
Did you know one of the President's sons (Taft or Harding or someone in that period) had their son die from blood poisoning because of a blister on his foot that became infected?
Not that this would occur as readily today with you but if you enjoy running...take a breather and let it heal for Pete's sake!

get some neosporin and give it a break for a few days, due sqwats and walking lunges in place to help you stay in shape for a few days until your blisters heal. otherwise your feet will be called dogs, no pain no gain except you have dogs to walk on instead of feet. dont get the generic neosporin either

Do u think u have athletes foot, well if u do go to ur nearest drug store and ask them for some cream for blisters.
It could be certain kind of shoes you're wearing, like when u run your feet presses down on that hard part of your shoe.
just stop running for now ok

First of all, you need better shoes. If you aren't going to rest to let the skin heal, you need better reinforcements than bandaids. Use a lubricant and a more padded bandage.

That is too excessive, try another pair of shoes. .wear a couple pairs of sox, definantly wear bandaids, or just give a rest for a few days.

You need different shoes...blisters can get infected...don't run until your blisters are gone...or run barefoot!
