Israel - they just want to be left alone. Did you see the UN has their base right where Hezbollah went over the border and killed those soldiers and kidnapped the 2? I guess they were being UN observers and it didn't occur to them to stop it?

War is wrong but Israel has the right to defend it self.
Diabolism I think you are the idiot you need to learn some history
Egypt try to destroy Israel and lost that war. If some one was coming to kill you and you knew about it wouldn't you defend your self and if you allow terrorist in your home don't you think you will be in danger. Why are Lebanese afraid of the Hezbollah they are a puppet group for Iran and Syria. They know they can't take on Israel head to head they are a bunch of cowards.

How the Hell is anhilating 420 Lebnanese, destroynig the Capitol's airport to cut it's connection with the outside world be compared to 2 caputered soldies and the death of about 8 others....
****** IDIOTS are using it as an alliby to take over Lebanon like tried to ANOTHER TIME...
Lebanon is wrong for starting it...BUT THE OTHER ****** PIGS are even more wrong to destroy a whole nation killing men, women and children....
Israel kills sme of egypts border guards (some I know personnaly) bu it's all hushed out not to cause an international instability between the 2 countries (you don't find Egypt destroying Israel's capitol and killing hundreds of men, women and children do you?)

Neither! But the civilian population of Lebanon pays for it. How can you even call this a war? We see Israel asserting its might against a defenseless Lebanese population. Proportionality? Shame on Israel!

there isn't a right or wrong with military aggression, but Israel does has the right to protect itself from everyone around them that wants them eradicated. If that means that Israel has to take the offensive, then more power to them. Radical Islam, not ALL Islam, is a cancer, a dangerous and volatile sect of cultists that should be terminated with extreme prejudice.

Have you ever heard the saying, two wrongs don't make it right, well taht is what you have here. This fight is as stupid today as it was when it started 2,000 years ago. And what makes it even worse is taht most of them forgot what the original fight was for, now it is about land. Remember "Only the Dead have seen the end of War-Plato".

No! Hezbollah should not have killed and kidnapped those soldiers. Israel should not have killed hundreds of innocents for revenge. Hezbollah should not have fired rockets back. Where does it stop? Where does it begin?

Nobody is right. These governments are murdering their own people. They need to STOP... NOW!

i agree with some of these people...war over stupid stuff like this is unnecessary...when will us humans learn that we should get along with one another rather than kill eachother over petty differences...most of the time something terrible has to happen for humans to wake up and smell the roses...hopefully we can do it before we destroy ourselves over stupid things
