Gather up a support team....positive people in your life that you enjoy being around....GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! Go take the dog for a walk or just go by yourself! Find someone to play frisbee with. Do something to occupy yourself. Start a hobby, read a book. Just don't sit around and dewell on whatever's got you down.

I have some experience with depression, and it can't just be thought away with a positive outlook. You need to go to a doctor, and be evaluated for some drugs. It might take awhile to find the right drug for you, but they do help!

What is the root cause of your depression. Please Analise and you will find the ways to solve. If general solution is required I recommend MEDITATION. SIT CALM AND QUITE. CLOSE YOUR EYES.LET YOUR BACK BE ST RIGHT. TAKE DEEP BREATH AND RE LASE.REPEAT AGAIN AND AGAIN.PLEASE DO THIS WHERE AIR is FRESH AND RELAXING.CONCENTRATE ON YOUR BREATHING. DAY BY DAY INCREASE THE DURATION. DO IT HONESTLY. TRY to make your mind empty. CONCENTRATE your nose tip. WISH you good luck

You don't really have depression...
YOU dont really have anything wrong with you...
you just dont see the world anymore...
Stand outside and look around, turn your view upside down...

If you are unwilling to work on it yourself....

Go and get pills like everyone else...
