I am about 72kg and 172cm. Do i need more exercise to get rid of 'baby fats' and 'neck fat'?

Ok to get rid of overall fat, join a gym and go to a personal trainer to get you on a weights and cardio programme.

For your neck you are going to laugh (this definitely is not as macho), but the number one way is with facial exercises, including a series that target the neck, chin and jowls. The system in the links below is used mainly by women who are concerned about aging. BUT core exercises deal in this programme deal with removing double chin and sorting out the neck, for men and women. You can buy a second hand version of the programme cheaply on amazon, but I've listed the original site as well. It will also prevent wrinkles, so you can save it and do it several years from now when you are likely worrying about that too.

You can't pick and choose where to loose weight from... the best you can to is make sure you get good excersize and have a good diet.

If you're not happy with results after sticking to that plan for a few months... then you might have to consider liposuction if it really bothers you that much.

For baby fat, yah.. walk it off! ^__^ Excercise! As for neck fat, you'll lose it by constantly opening your mouth REAL WIDE 'til you feel your jaw touch your neck, then swing your head left to right (with your jaw still stuck to your neck). I am NOT joking. Try it. I read it from "Ask Yahoo!" and it DOES work.

Try some crazy designer tees with skulls, ripped up logos, and weird colors like greens, or blues. I think you can always pair up a crazy shirt with a blazer, or fashionable jeans. I also think a guy should have a good pair of sneakers. Try to accomodate your shoes with your outfit, but don't go too crazy.

exercise is good, but that doesn't mean you should exercise like crazy in one day. exercise consistently. try exercising at least an hour three - four times a week. be patient, and improvement will show.

Well depends on how old of a baby you are, if your like a 750 month old baby that is not called baby fat it is called "Jowls" like on a dog.

unfortunately, there is no way to get rid of baby fat. you have to grow out of it, and im still trying to get rid of my chubby cheeks since i was a baby, yeah, lipo is the only way hun

yup excerise is good because its a natural way of losing weight.

excercise and age, its after your preteens is when most of that fat is gone.
