It's not really sperm. Sperm is only a small part of it. If you got a vasectomy you would still do it and the consistency would be the same.
Basic body fluids are the same among the sexes.

never thought about that. I guess its like a misture of *** and eggs since thats how babys are made. I would like to hear other answers to this because I may be wrong.

And the ejaculate that comes out of men is called semen, and it contains sperm.
