I would suggest the hospital as well. They always have some sort of playgroup/support group for mothers.
If you're looking for an online group i can suggest one. I'm a mod at this group. It's very small so far because it's kinda new but we have moms that have been through everything there it seems.

Ask the NICU, where your baby was/is. Both of my kids were early. Both are doing great now.
