yes honey is good. with a pinch of cinnamon. it builds fat not muscle.
but why only honey? eat and stay in ur couch, u put on flab. eat and exercise u put on solid muscle. eat and do nothing what are u living for.

Lots of bodybuilders take 1 or 2 tablespoonfuls of honey right before and right after strength training (weightlifting). But honey isn't the only thing you should take after a workout. You also need a good quick-absorbing source of protein like whey protein. Try a homemade shake using 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop whey protein, 2 tablespoons of honey, and one package of plain instant oatmeal (cooked according to the directions on the box and then dumped into the blender). No. Calories in excess of what you burn will add weight. Honey is just a form of sugar that burns quickly. Protein to add good weight.

yeas... take early in the morning with cold water.....
add two spoons of honey to a glass of cold water... take it with empty stomach...

take for one month n see the results :-)
