yes honey is good. with a pinch of cinnamon. it builds fat not muscle.
but why only honey? eat and stay in ur couch, u put on flab. eat and exercise u put on solid muscle. eat and do nothing what are u living for.

You also need a good quick-absorbing source of protein like whey protein. No. Calories in excess of what you burn will add weight. Honey is just a form of sugar that burns quickly. Protein to add good weight.

yeas... take early in the morning with cold water.....
add two spoons of honey to a glass of cold water... take it with empty stomach...
take for one month n see the results :-)
