okay how do u know if a guy likes you without asking him. Our eyes meet alot and the other day he was gonna come talk to me but me and my parents had to leave

Here's the checklist (me and my friends designed it!)
-Does he look at you a lot?
-Do you sometimes catch him staring at you?
-If he's with his friends and you walk by, is their tension within their group?
-Do his friends talk to you about him?
-Do his friends seem to push him in your direction?
-Does he get nervous around you?
-Does he have trouble making close eye contact with you?
-Does he smile when he sees you?
-Does he get a happy/suprised look when he doesn't expect to run into you?
-Does he flirt with you?
-Does he flirt with your friends to try to make you jealous?
-Is he jealous of the guy you like/guys you talk to?
-Does he ask you comparsion questions between himself and other guys?
-Does he touch you (not in a creepy way)? Like hugs where he pulls you close? Plays with your hair? Taps or grabs your hand or shoulder?
-Does he get jittery when you are around him?
-Does he try to conceal it all from other people - AKA does he drive you nuts with that last one playing head games?
Did you answer yes to most of the above???
Then you have your answer...go get him girl!

Clearly he likes you. If someone stares at you either they are crazy or the like you. And i don't think he wears a straight jacket so your good to go. Just someone going to have to make a move. Maybe you should talk to him since he's too scared.

One way you will know if he really likes you is if: He gives you money or If he doesnt try to sleep with you right away...

we guys often try to talk with the one who we like.moreover we'll tell bout u to our friends & ask them bout u.i dont know bout all but i do this
