Incest is not only a "Bible thing" it is also very wrong. When members of the same family have sex and a baby is born, the chances or that baby being abnormal are greatly increased.
No matter what your moral conviction is there is nothing right with a brother and sister having sex.
First off, why? Are you both so closed down that finding other partners is impossible? Get out and date. You will be surprised at how different other guys are and how exciting some can be.
DON'T DO THIS FOR SO MANY REASONS.

The genetic link between the two of you is too close and if by misfortune that you were to have a child you could increase the chance of a recessive genetic deformity. In other words it would be more likely that a child would have a birth defect.
Intercourse is great between two responsible adults. You should be ready for the possible outcome if you plan to partake in the event.

If you get pregnant, your child may be abnormal mentally and physically. There is a reason why Male lions will put the run to younger male lions when they reach sexual maturity

EW! incest. I am not sure having sex with your own brother would be considered something you have to be emotionally mature for... If anything having sex with your brother is immature. I say "Don't do it".
