A) You didn't "spend" $700 on gambling, you
"lost" it. Spending is exchanging money for something. You lost it like a seven year old would lose a $10 bill that his mom gave him to get some milk.
B) you should probably use your time to work to get money to feed yourself first, then, if you have extra money, you can take you chances at the casino
C) you may want to check out gamblers annonymous
D) I'd write more, but I'm going to the reservation to play some poker

I do not have any good ideas for raising money for groceries, but if you are losing grocery money then you need to quit gambling and should consider getting some help.
