As long as it doesn't have any of those artificial flavors added. And as long as you don't use the "microwave in the bag" kind of popcorn. The inside of the bags is coated with Teflon to keep the popcorn from sticking to the bag and this Teflon comes off onto the popcorn when it's popped.

Corn is pretty inert in all its forms. The body has a difficult time digesting it, which is why some people swear it's a great diet aid, as it fills you up without adding a huge amount of calories (agfain, when it's unflavored). Also, watch the salt when eating popcorn. It's easy to over-do it.

Yes, just dont add butter or salt to it. Get the plain kind that doesnt have any butter added or lightly buttered. They always say to snack on popcorn if you want a snack instead of chips.

It's healthy and a good source of fibre - low calories if eaten plain. The only problem is I like "unhealthy" popcorn - with toppings!

it can be. its more healthy than chips and cookies and stuff... just dont load the butter on it, especially at the movies, that is just grease.

it sure is and low in calories ... its the salt and butter we add that makes it bad...
