First, I'd use a Henna remover and then straighten the hair, the henna can then be reapplied over (protecting the shaft of the hair). Also, straighteners work BEST on the hair shaft itself, not on some extraneous coating on the shaft, most likely the strong corrosive treatment in the straightener will turn your Henna BRIGHT ORANGE and do nothing to straighten your hair. Remove the Henna, straighten, reapply henna.
