I'm not cheating! I already have some research with me... I'm just too lazy and at the same time, a little enthusiastic about tml's English Lesson. My English teacher mentioned today that she wanted to hold a debate competition between two groups and, unfortunately, I was in a group that had to agree that 'Students should be canned in schools'...

Yes. The advantages is that
1) it serves as a warning to other student who break the school rules like smoking inschool, fight etc.

2) It make the student feel ashame coz canning should be done during school assembly.

3) It shows to other student what is the consequence for breaking the school rules.

4) It can be used as a disclipinary measures.

I think the rest is up to you to make your own notes and explain

This reads like a homework assignment to me. So, in my best teacher voice "Do your own work." Using someone else's work and passing it off as your own is CHEATING.

what exactly do you mean? try to be more specific!
do you by any chance mean termination? if so, that really depends upon the school!
