I have a boyfriend that Ive been with for 2 years. My friend has been with her boyfriend for about 4 years now.I guess its just that some people want to be alone and like to be alone and not tied down. Its fun being single, but at the same time its fun to have someone. I think when you are about 15-26 years old, your relationships have a slim chance of lasting, because you might think you know what love is, but until you find your soulmate, you'll realise that your past relationships wasn't true love. I see failed relationships to be a lesson. You will know more and more what you want in a partner. These days its hard to find someone who you can trust.

That depends on your age honey. The older you get, the longer the relationships last. You sound like you're under 18....at that age, hell 3 months is a lifetime!! Don't worry about it. I've been with my boyfriend for 7 1/2 years so far...we're in our 30s.

People will be with each other as long as they are willing to stay together....when it's over, well, it's over.

i'm currently attached, and have been for 3 months and 4 days. :)

i had some doubts about it before, but now i do hope that it lasts.

but i'm still young, so i don't know.
perhaps your friends find it difficult to commit? or maybe they're not ready for serious relationships yet. it's different for everyone. just because they cant seem to stick with the same guy does not mean that you wont be able to.

do you have a bf? if u do, and he's worth keeping, do your best to make it last, because a good guy isnt easy to come by. :)

good luck!

I'm single (but casually dating someone) right now. My last relationship lasted 2 years and a couple months. I am SO GLAD it was over, I couldn't see him in my future anymore. [Word of advise: never date a mama's boy, you will never come first]. There is nothing wrong with dating around, you get to 1 learn more about yourself and what you want/don't want in a partner and 2 meet more people and know whats out there before you pick one to stick with forever.
I say God wants us to meet a few wrong people so that when we meet the right one we'll know how to appreciate them.

3 years and counting. I'm going to marry him on September and we still love each other as much as when we started dating. Of course there had been problems, but you need to be mature in solving the problems. If both want it to last, it will. It's a relationship of two 50/50.

it has been 2 adn a half yrs and we are still together and we started liking each otehr 2 yrs be4 he finally asked me out bc he wanted to make sure he was ready, so they do last you just have to want it to last, it isnt always easy there are rough patches, but the rough spots makes it better when you are over them bc then you know more about the person you are with, it is all liek a learning experience
