My hair is naturally blonde and I have ridiculously pale eyebrows and eyelashes but I'd love to have dark red hair. I have dyed my hair red before and now it's growing out but I want to dye it more regularly...

Would this look ok?

Why not....it sounds like you need to have a prefoessional do it. Your description sounds like you might be a scandinavian heritage....you might need to have your hair colored right down to the roots. I'm sure it will look GREAT once it's done!!!

Good Luck, and take a pic once it's done, okay??? I'd like to see what you look like before and after, okay??

If you like it, then go for it. However, I would recommend spending the money at a good salon and having it done there, it will be done properly and should last longer. Also, use shampoos made specifically for red hair as it is the fastest colour to fade. It will also fade faster in the sun. You could also dye your eyebrows and eyelashes dark brown, I have really pale ones and do this, you can get home kits (I recommend Swiss-o-par about £8) or get it done at a salon, the results will be better, and last longer.

If you're going to darken your hair regularly, I would dye your eyebrows also, for a more natural look. Instead of using semi-permanent or permanent dye, I would invest in color rinses. You just put them in, blast your head with a dryer, and then rinse. The color stays vibrant for about 12 shampoos and then if need be, you can revamp it with a clear gloss. It's safer, easier and less smelly than other types of dye. Be sure to deep condition no matter what type of color you use.

i am a blonde and i love being a blonde and i think that whatever you want to do with your hair is your choice. but my problem is that the dye in your hair might not look believable. it might turn out to be gothic blood red if you know what i mean. but if you want nice red hair i would go to a professional because if you do it yourself there isn't that guanentee that you will love it. so get it colored by a professional. i hope that you like your new hair

Noooooooooooooooooo!!!

I had blonde hair, pale eyebrows and lashes, Then I dyed mine black with blue streaks and have regretted it ever since, now I'm waiting for the black to grow out (my hair is down to my waist btw) it is a nightmare, I have 6 inches of blonde roots and it looks terrible, People keep asking me if I am going bald as my roots are so light and then the rest is so dark..

I'm not saying don't do it but please please please please think carefully before you do, given the chance I wouldn't ever ever dye my hair again!! :o(

You never know till you try it properly.
Have a look and see which is the best dye you could use.
Then try it out for a certain length of time.
If you think it's better, keep it.

Why is blonde bad anyway?

Try on a wig first before you take the plunge

I think it would look odd if your hair is dark and your eyebrows are light...

I think so, did it look good before? if so, do it again! maybe you should darken your eyebrows and eyelashes, you can get kits to do that.
