Very good book called *The Lost Years of Jesus* contends that from age 13 to 29 Jesus was in the Orient, as recorded by Buddhist historians. There he learned to cure through prayer, etc.

Author is Elizabeth Clare Prophet, ISBN 81-7303-045-6, published by Book Faith India

Luke 2:52 And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

This is at the end of the Jerusalem story when Jesus was 12. There is no other biblical record until he started his ministry around the age of 30.

Lots of people have speculated, but that's all it can be - speculation. The Bible describes His birth, one incident when He was 12, and then nothing else until His baptism.

Anybody could write a book, song, movie, etc, but what good would that do? That would just be opinion based on nothing.

The Bible gives us accounts of His life as a child, but there is a gap of time between his childhood and his baptism that confuses a lot of people. I personally don't think that it is all that important to know what happened during that time. If it was important it would be in the Bible, that's my personal opinion.
Either way, He was still God. He was still perfect. He was still the creator of the universe in human form.

Not a whole lot is mentioned in Bible. One, is He taught in temple and got misplaced by His parents. Two, is He had step brothers(sisters) Luke chapter 2 only mention of childhood I could find. James the lessor, of the disciples, was a step brother.

Well when Jesus was 12 he left Joesph and Mary's side, and they had no clue where he was. They finally found him in the house of God.
