My perfect mate would be honest (but not critical), compassionate, active (but not necessarily athletic), share my love of literature, art, & history. He must be VERY intelligent. And like cats.
I do not mind if they are a bit quirky.
A non-smoker.
Not everyone cares about looks. As long as they have good hygiene & try to take care of themselves & try to dress nice. After all, if they are too out of shape it is very unlikely that we will have much in common & if I do my best to stay a size six for someone they need to have the same consideration(s) for me.
But if I got to choose they would be about 5' 7" - 5' 11", brown wavy hair, pale skin, large eyes (I do not care what colour).

I'm looking for a guy who is honest and can open up and listen to my problems and try to make things better. He doesn't have to be hot, just as long as he's cute. Someone who has a great sense of humor and has at least one same intrest. Must be caring and fun to be with. Jtust someone who would hold me tight and make me forget all my troubles and feel safe.
UNfortunately there are very few guys like this.

I found a guy like this twice. The first time I met a guy like what I described, he smokes pot and is bi-polar i think. The second time it was sorta long-distance, so it didn't really worked out.

When I stoped looking for "my Perfect man" true love came and bit me right in the but. I am head over heals with a man who treats me so well I have no words to decribe.
He opens doors, will not let me carry anything over 20lbs unless we are working out. He doesn't live with me yet but helps with house work when he is here. This is just a small list. I could go on and on.
Last week he called just to make sure my daughter and I reutrned safe from the hospital after she had been very ill.

Therefore I believe I would have to say just have to look across the room and look at my sweetie.

I look for what is on the inside. Yes I do like my man to be cute, but I will not go out with a man that is just cute. I have to get to now him and the way he acts. If he is funny and able to cheer me up when I am upset, sensitive, but a manly sensitive, not like a girl. one of the biggest things that turns me off is if he curses.
